Sunset House - Skiathos Villa - Self Catering Accommodation

Our most unique floor plan, perfect for a couple, a group, small or large families or even two families traveling together. This house can be separated into two completely private apartments, or joined to be one large house. A state of the art soundproof, fully locking movable partition wall can be opened to create a large home.

Each side has a fully equipped galley kitchen, central air conditioning, spacious private bathroom with shower, a sleeping loft and a room with an additional single bed. Each living area also contains a sleeper sofa allowing 5 people to sleep on each side, for a total of 10 people.

All villas require a 40% deposit and the time of booking and final payment 2 weeks before arrival. Please see our detailed Booking Policy for additional information.
